New 12.1-inch SVGA Module with Enhanced Timing Compatibility

800 × 600 Module Supplements ‘Strong’ Feature set with DE Mode

November 2009: The LQ121S1DG65 is now entering production. This module is an excellent fit for Medical, Transportation, or Factory Automation applications. It features Display Enable (DE) mode, making it compatible with a wide range of existing controllers. In DE mode, the module derives timing without requiring HSync or VSync. The module also has Sharp’s ‘Strong’ characteristics: a wide Oper- ating and Storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, along with a high brightness and contrast rating of 450 nits and 600:1, respectively; along with superior shock and vibration tolerance.
