New 12.1-inch SVGA Module with Enhanced Timing Compatibility
800 × 600 Module Supplements ‘Strong’ Feature set with DE Mode
November 2009: The LQ121S1DG65 is now entering production. This module is an excellent fit for
Medical, Transportation, or Factory Automation applications. It features Display Enable (DE) mode,
making it compatible with a wide range of existing controllers. In DE mode, the module derives timing
without requiring HSync or VSync. The module also has Sharp’s ‘Strong’ characteristics: a wide Oper-
ating and Storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, along with a high brightness and contrast rating
of 450 nits and 600:1, respectively; along with superior shock and vibration tolerance. The module also
features an anti-glare filter and 3H hard coating.
